Next Level 3600 size chart and published specs

Eight sizes, XS through 4XL: the Next Level 3600 size chart is the only one in ShirtMath’s catalog with a published grade below Small. Chest runs 17.5″ to 30.0″ laid flat, body length 27.0″ to 34.0″ from the high point of the shoulder. The model name on the spec sheet reads Premium Fitted Crew; the published numbers do not. At Medium the 3600 measures 20.5″ across the chest against the Gildan G500’s 20.0″, and from Large upward the two publish identical chest and length at every shared size.

Chest and length are round numbers, halves and whole inches, which is what a published grid looks like. Sleeve is not: it advances by exactly 0.35″ at every one of the seven steps from XS to 4XL, on two decimals. A constant fractional step across a whole run reads as a graded series rather than a table a technician typed, so treat it as weaker evidence than the two columns beside it. It also does not travel: the Gildan G500 publishes 17.0″ of sleeve at Medium and the Champion T525C 18.0″, against 8.5″ here. Use this column inside the 3600 run only.

The mechanism worth knowing is where the steps change size. XS to L, the 3600 adds 1.5″ of flat chest per size; from L up it switches to the industry-standard 2.0″. Body length adds a flat 1.0″ per size the whole way.

That 1.5″ band is the practical point of the style. Below a 22.0″ chest the 3600 offers four widths — 17.5, 19.0, 20.5, 22.0 — where the Gildan G500 offers three: 18.0, 20.0, 22.0. The ladders interleave, so a body that falls between a G500 Small and Medium has a 3600 size sitting in the gap. Above Large that extra resolution is gone.

The Gildan G500 and the Bella+Canvas 3001C publish an identical chest at every size from S to 3XL, so one column covers both. Inches, laid flat.

The 3600 crosses over: widest of the three at Small, tied at Medium, narrowest from Large up. A rule of thumb learned at one end of this run is wrong at the other.

Length is where the 3600 stays put: identical to the Gildan G500 and the Bella+Canvas 3001C at every shared size, and a full inch short of the garment-dyed Comfort Colors C4017 from XL up. Print at a fixed drop from the collar and that inch decides where the artwork lands.

Only three styles in the catalog publish a 4XL: the 3600 and the Gildan G500 both give 30.0″ chest and 34.0″ length, and the Hanes 5250T matches the chest but runs 35.0″ long. The 3600 stops there; the G500 and 5250T alone continue to 5XL.

An XS at 17.5″ chest and 27.0″ length is the one thing nothing else here substitutes for — the narrowest unisex Small is 18.0″. For scale, 17.5″ flat is exactly the Gildan G500L ladies’ Medium chest, but the 3600 XS is 27.0″ long against that shirt’s 26.0″ and graded on the straight block: a narrower version of the same shirt, not a different shape.

The row also carries shoulder, hem sweep, bicep, sleeve opening and neck opening at every size, which with chest, length and sleeve makes the eight points of measure ShirtMath tracks for tops. Those six sit below chest and length in confidence for the same reason sleeve does: two-decimal values on a near-uniform ladder read as a graded series.

It also records 180 gsm and a knit construction. Both are catalog defaults rather than Next Level figures: all 53 blank-spec rows carry 180 gsm and the same knit value, and the composition field is empty on every one. Nothing here supports a claim about hand, drape or how the fabric wears.
